I've just reinstalled Windows 7 and my whole Network Adapter is missing. In BIOS it is indicated as '! Network Adapter'

When I downloaded Network Drivers from the HP support website and tryed to install it, I got the message 'system not supported'. I also installed HP Diagnostic Tools and run it in UEFI boot mode but got the message that the network component test passed.

In Computer Managment I have a number of yellow exclamation marks and Hardware IDs are as follows:

Usb Driver Installation

I've bought myself a decent computer recently with following specs:

• 
  MOBO: MSI Workstation C236A
  CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1245v5
  STORAGE: (hybrid) Kingston SSDnow uv400 + Seagate Barracude 1TB (not really important)

From the first time I started it up it got missing drivers (no big problem, happens alot), so I popped the utility disk from MSI itself into the disk reader. After installing all the drivers I stumbled upon the fact that my ethernet controller didn't install his drivers correctly so I rebooted the system en tried to install the driver once again from the disk which leaded to no success. I then started to scout the internet (Intel & MSI support site) for the correct and up to date drivers. Non of the above leaded to the right solution I've even tried to completely reinstall my operating system but no luck whatsoever.
I would be forever thankful if someone could help me find out the problem!
