Put the jar file in the game's folder, or if you don't have the game installed yet, in the folder where you want the game.
If you already have the game installed, download this as well, rename it to 'version' (don't change the extension) and put it in the same folder as the jar. This isn't needed anymore, as long as 'Game.exe' or 'Pokemon Insurgence.app' is in the same folder as the program, it assumes the game is properly installed and skips straight to patching.
It does include Mac support, but I didn't test it as much as windows.
Once you have it in the right place, the only thing you need to do is always launch the game with the jar instead of 'Game.exe'.
